Attached you will find the heat sheet for tonight's finals.  If you have qualified for finals (top 16 in each event), please return to the pool by 4:45 for warm-ups.

Congratulations to all our athletes who competed today!  We saw lots of time improvements and some fast swimming!!

Practices January 9th, 10th, 12th

Due to the TYR Pro Series being at Allan Jones, all practices the week of January 9th will be held at SAC from 7:30-9 PM. Drylands will be at 7:30-8, swimmers will be in the water from 8-9.

MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIMMERS - Please arrive no later than 11:10 am.  Warm ups begin at 11:25 am.  Middle school competition begins at noon.

HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMERS - Please arrive no later than 2:25 pm.  Warm ups begin at 2:40 pm.  High school competition begins at 3:15 pm.

Practices have been moved to the SAC pool for Monday, December 19th and Tuesday, December 20th.

Tuesday, December 20th- CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Swimmers arrive at SAC at 6:30 to eat and hang out. At 7 we will start having a pool party…

We received our volunteer shift assignments for this Saturday's meet.  We have not received any more detailed information yet about warm ups, arrival times, meet start times, etc but once we do receive it we will let you know.  

We do not need any additional volunteers for the Middle School…
