Good afternoon,

It was great getting to see everyone compete yesterday! While we did come up just short of winning either meet, it has given the coaches a lot of information on what to work on and even more information on what we did well! I have a few things I'd like to share with everyone this week so everyone stays as upto date as possible.

MEETS

RSVPs for the rest of our dual meets this season are open now, if you know you will be attending or not attending any of them go ahead and RSVP. Entries will not be closing until the time marked on each meet so if you need to make adjustments you can. If for any reason you will be missing the meet after entries close, please email me so I can fix the entries as soon as possible. Late entries cannot be accepted after the closing date. 

SENIORS

Fall signing day will be November 18th at 8AM in the HVA Auditorium. If you are wanting to sign with a college in the fall, please fill out the form attached here. Each athlete will be responsible for any decorations pertaining to the school they are signing with. Please also let me know if you plan on signing with a school that day. There will be another signing day in the spring and I will share the information for that once I receive it.

HOMESCHOOLERS

All home school athletes must fill out and return the attached forms to me by the end of the week. These are the same that were sent out last week so if you have already completed and sent them in, you can disregard. 

PHYSICALS AND FEES

If the team has not received a physical or team fee for you swimmer by November 1st, we will not be allowed to let them compete at our meet. Please make sure you have turned those in.
