Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone has had a refreshing fall break! I wanted to take just a moment and send a few reminders before tomorrow.

Captain applications are due tomorrow by midnight. Please make sure to email me your applications before then. We will only consider swimmers who have submitted an application.

Practice will resume as regularly scheduled tomorrow 10/12 from 7pm-9pm at the Lenoir City pool. Please make sure swimmers are bringing water and shoes to be able to run in.

RSVPs for our first meet against Bearden HS and West Valley MS are now open. We encourage parents to go ahead and sign up for jobs at the same time as RSVPing swimmers. Any parent not working the meet will not be allowed on deck during the duration of the meet.

Almost every single person has sent in their physical along with all the other forms and we wanted to say thank you to everyone for being timely about it! If you have not already done so, please email your forms in or bring them to the coaches at practice.
