What to bring-

Clothes for drylands/stretching- shorts, tshirt, athletic shoes

Water bottle, goggles, towel (any of your accessories like a kick board, bouy etc).

Ensure you have emailed your sports physical or bring a copy and give to one of the coaches this evening.
