All,

As I mentioned in my email prior to our meet this past weekend, we are in need of Officials to help ensure HVA can continue holding meets.  Several people responded indicating they were interested in attending one of the clinics and several asked if there were better options than the remaining clinics on the list. I spoke with Tom Schumann Sunday and he graciously has agreed to allow me to host an online clinic primarily targeted at HVA parents, but we may have some additional attendees that decide to come along and join us.  Considering the timing of our season I think the best time for us to hold this online training will be 10AM this Saturday, Nov. 9th.  If this time does not work for you there are still the in-person clinics on the schedule that I included in my last email.

Following the clinic all you will need to do is take the test and you will be certified.  We will cover that during the clinic.  I will stick around following the Stroke & Turn clinic to offer Starter and Deck Ref clinics to anyone who would like to add those positions to their resume - just as a reminder, we'll need someone to become Deck Ref once I sail into the sunset in 2026!
