Ok folks!  We're about ready to kick off the 2024/2025 HVA/HVMS swim season.  We're looking forward to seeing everyone back on deck and seeing the progress everyone has made so far this season with Coach Cori and Coach Robbie!

As always, swim meets run on volunteers.  We are still in need of three volunteers for the following positions for this Sunday:

-  Finish Judge

-  Scorer - High School

-  Stroke & Turn Judge

We'll need people to step up for those positions, plus I will need someone's help when we get down on deck to ensure we get everyone checked in and all positions filled.  Please let me know if you would be willing to fill in on that role. 

Regarding Stroke & Turn - HVA/HVMS is in a tight spot right now.  We will not be able to function as a 'Home' team this year unless two individuals step forward and agree to become Stroke & Turn Officials.  We've suffered a lot of attrition the past few years and right now there are only 2 of us certified.  We'll need 4 for Home meets.  Becoming an Official is not hard - you need to attend a clinic and take a test.  There are still clinics scheduled for you to take advantage of this month - please see the schedule attached.  If we do not have volunteers we will not be able to run HVA/HVMS meets this year.  Please feel free to come discuss with me, I am more than willing to answer any questions you might have and help you through the process!
