Dear Swimmers & Parents,

Now that the summer swim season is coming to an end, we are switching gears and starting to focus on the HVA Swim & Dive season for 2024-2025. More information will be forthcoming over the next couple of weeks as we meet with the coaches but we wanted to provide some updates on events happening over the next couple of weeks. 

HVA Photo shoot with Jeremy Wiggs (high school only)

Jeremy Wiggs will be taking HVA Swim and Dive pictures for High School Swimmers on Wednesday, July 24th. Pictures will be taken at Hardin Valley Academy. Please plan to meet him inside the commons area. 

Last names A - L, please arrive at 8:15 for photos to start at 8:30. 

Last names M - Z, please arrive at 9:15 for photos to start at 9:30. 

He will also be creating Senior banners. Seniors, please wear a suit/tech suit for your banner. These banners will cost $75 and will be charged to Senior families through the swim team. We will have an outfit (HVS Swim & Dive sweatshirt/ black sweatpants) for each swimmer to wear for their individual pictures so the team looks uniform. He will use these individual pictures to create a team picture (check out his website for examples). If you would like a picture in your suit, please plan accordingly. Also, bring a swim cap and/or goggles. Once the photos are ready, he will send out a link for parents to purchase pictures.

Where- Gulfwood Pool

Come meet the coaches and your teammates! Parent volunteers will be available to answer questions.

Apologies to parents/swimmers who have graduated from the program. Once registration is up and running your names will be removed from the distribution list.
