We have received our job assignments and asking parents to log in and sign up.

Middle School-

2 Clerk of Course Positions

AWARDS & Clerk of Course – the teams listed below are to provide workers to assist with coach’s heat sheets, relay check in, ribbons and medals. These volunteers need to be in place by 12:00 PM

High School-

2 Timers for Lane 4 for the Girl's Pool (Scoreboard Side)

1 Timer for Finals Lane 3 (Diving Well Side)

All Team Workers must check-in at the Worker Table that will be located on the main concourse of the aquatic center Spectator level, near the main entrance. Once the workers have been checked-in, they will be given a wristband that will allow them to be on the Deck Level for the duration of their work shift. No one will be allowed on the pool deck without proper credentials or wristbands; all spectators must remain on the Spectator Level. 

There will be a Team Worker meeting at 8:10 AM for Preliminary Session and 5:30 PM for Finals Session. These meetings will be held on the pool deck level and workers should plan to check-in early enough to insure they can be on the deck by the meeting start time

HS Warm Ups- start at 7:40. I highly encourage swimmers to arrive early as we will need to claim deck space for this meet. Doors open at 6:30. I will be in a meeting at 7 so will need swimmers to help claim a space. Please make sure to arrive to the pool by 7:15.

HS Meet- Start time is 8:30

MS Warm Ups- start at 12:45. Please arrive to the pool by 12:15.

MS Meet- Start time 1:30

FINALS- HS Only. If your swimmer should make finals (top 16), please arrive back at the pool by 4:45. Warm ups are at 5:10 (open) and the meet will start at 6.
