Our first meet is quickly approaching on Sunday, Oct 30^th!  The meet theme will be Halloween. MEET and VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS ARE OPEN!  The RSVP deadline is Friday, Oct 28th.  Please log into your account and let us know if you will or will not be attending. You can not be entered into the meet if you have not turned in your physical and paid your team fees.

RSVP Attending OR Not Attending a Swim Meet:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right-hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”).
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the meet, and then click the blue Edit tab under your athletes' names.

• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
• (undeclared)
• Attending
• Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

To sign up for your Volunteer Shift:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right-hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”)
• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.

BLAZE PIZZA FUNDRAISER

We are having another Blaze Pizza fundraiser, this time at the PARKSIDE DRIVE LOCATION (10978 Parkside Drive) after our first meet on Oct. 30^th. PLEASE share the attached flyer with family & friends and post on your social media accounts. The flyer must be shown when placing your order. There is also a code to use for online orders.
