    • SWIM PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Middle & High School swimmers practice at the same time. All practices are at Allan Jones Aquatic Center on UT campus (2200 Andy Holt Avenue 37916)

    -Monday 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)

    -Tuesday 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)

    -Thursday 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)

    • TEAM FEES:
      • High School Swimmer: $400
      • Middle School Swimmer: $375
      • USA Year Round Swimmer: $200 (must provide USA swimming # and team name)
      • High School/Middle School diver: $50
      • Multi swimmer discount: $50
    • FIRST PRACTICE: TO BE DETERMINED (mid-late September)
    • PAYMENT:
      • Team payments are NOT collected when registering. These will be set up in the next few weeks on the School Cash Online portal through Knox County. Payments will be due by Oct. 15th. Please note that Knox County Schools will not/can not issue any refunds for any reason after payment has been submitted.
      • Banner payment – team payment can be covered through the sale of banner. There is a link on the website for the form that needs to be completed. Please send a copy of the form to us by Oct. 15th.
    • DIVERS will train and practice through the TNAQ diving program
    • MEET SCHEDULE: TO BE DETERMINED
      • We will have 3-4 combined Middle/High School dual meets (Sunday afternoon/evening at UT). The first meet typically isn’t until at least the end of October. Middle School swimmers will only be swimming against other Middle School swimmers, High School only against High School but most meets are combined meets
      • 1 High School only meet
      • Middle School & High School City Meets in late January (usually on a Saturday)
      • State HIGH SCHOOL meet Feb 10-11th in Knoxville
    • Knox County SPORTS PHYSICAL (there is a link to the forms needed on our team website)
      • Every athlete, Middle School and High School, must turn in a signed Knox County Sports Physical before being allowed to participate with the team. Most walk-in clinics or your primary care doctor should be able to complete the forms for you.
