WELCOME TO THE 2022-2023 HVA SWIM & DIVE SEASON!

If you are receiving this email, you were either in our email group last year or we received your email address for this season. If you don’t wish to receive our emails any longer, just reply to this email and we will remove you from this list.

Once again we will be having a HVA Aquatics Kick Off party. It will be on Sunday, August 7th at the Gulfwood Pool from 4-6 pm. This is for both High School and Middle School swimmers/divers from Cedar Bluff, Karns and the Hardin Valley schools. Coach Cori will be there so it will be a great time to meet our new coach and have fun with the team. The cost will be $3 at the door. Please invite anyone who might be interested in joining the team!

HVA students look for the Swim & Dive table at ValleyPalooza on Aug 3rd. Some of our team parent representatives will be there to answer any general questions you may have.

• PARENT MEETING – Our parent/athlete meeting will be scheduled for late August/early September. We will be going over all the important team information at that time. Date, time and location will be sent by email and posted on the website once finalized.
• We are in the process of updating the website with current year information so please be patient as we do so. Please also be proactive in getting your sports physical completed (you will find a link to the required forms on the website). You can not attend practice until a current physical is submitted. All other forms and paperwork will be completed on the team website once registration is open. You can find the team website at https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com
• HVAAC banner forms are also available on the website. This is a great way to fundraise and cover the team fees for the year. PLEASE make sure your banner form is completely filled out before it is sent in and please keep of the form for your records in case of any mix ups with the banners. If you paid your fees last year (2021-2022 school year) through the sale or renewal of a banner please remember that covered your fees for last season and does not carry over for this season also.
