We hope everyone is having a great summer! We have hired our new head coach and wanted to share the news.

We are super excited to welcome Cori Glafenhein as the new Head Coach of Hardin Valley Aquatics! Cori is familiar to many of us and is a well-known coach in the area with years of experience and coaching expertise. She has been coaching summer league teams since she was 17 years old, most recently with the Gulfwood Gators. She led swim clinics for years at the Westside YMCA. She has also previously coached Grace Christian and Karns High School swim teams. Cori taught science at Karns High School for 8 years and at HVMS for 3 years.  Cori currently works for her family's real estate firm, Honors Real Estate, and is an active member of Junior League.

We are so fortunate to have someone that is so invested in our community and our kids joining the HVA Aquatics family.  We are looking forward to a great 2022-2023 season! 

Good luck to those of you swimming in Smoky Mountain this weekend and City Meet in a few weeks!  Talk to your friends and neighbors about joining the HVA team this coming season.  We are in the process of scheduling a meet and greet before school starts back.  Details will be coming soon!
