OUR NEXT MEET – Our final dual meet of the season against Farragut Middle and High Schools will be Jan. 16^th from 5:00-8:30 pm at the SAC. We will be celebrating our Senior Hawks at this meet. Meet and volunteer sign-ups are OPEN! Please log in and let us know if you are planning to attend.

*DATE CHANGE* CITY CHAMPIONSHIP MEET – We have just been informed that the dates for the city championship meet have been changed slightly. The DIVING championships will now be held on the afternoon of Sat, Jan. 22^nd and the SWIMMING championships will be held on Sun, Jan. 23^rd.

BASKETBALL CONCESSIONS– we have the opportunity to work concessions at the HVA basketball games on Fri, Jan 28^th and Thurs, Feb 3^rd. This is a fundraising opportunity for the team. We will need several parent volunteers to help. Sign ups are open on the website!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Middle & High School swimmers practice at the same time. All practices are at Allan Jones Aquatic Center on UT campus (2200 Andy Holt Avenue 37916)

• Monday: 7:45-9:15 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 8:15-9:15)
• Tuesday: 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)
• Wednesday: 7:45-9:15 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 8:15-9:15)
• Thursday: 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)
