I wanted to send out some general info for Saturday.  Coach Ben will send some additional info with specific arrival times, warm up times, etc.  PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THIS INFORMATION!

UT Clear Bag Policy – The University of TN has instituted a clear bag policy for all events in Allan Jones. All spectator bags must be clear and are subject to be searched upon entry. Swimmers, coaches and officials may still have non-clear bags, but they will enter via a separate entrance to the facility, and all bags will be searched.

PARKING will be available at the N7 garage for $10 all day (this is the garage right beside the pool). Parking passes will be available in front of the garage and in the main lobby. There are no longer any meter spots on Volunteer Ave. 

VOLUNTEERS - we will have a volunteer sign in table.  Please check in and receive your name tag at the beginning of warm ups.  ONLY meet volunteers are allowed down on deck (you must have your name tag to be allowed down).  There will be a volunteer meeting down on deck about 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet.  If you have not signed up for your shift yet or have any friends from other teams interested in being on deck and helping out we still have spots to fill.  

HOSPITALITY ITEMS need to be brought to the Volunteer table by 10:30 am if they haven't already been dropped off.  We are responsible for feeding the coaches and officials before the start and throughout the meet so we need to have it all available, set up and ready to go.  Thank you for helping us by donating items!
