We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We are back to our regular practice schedule this week.

MEET and VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS ARE OPEN! We have THREE meets coming up soon and sign ups are open for all three. Please log into your account and let us know if you will be attending. Parents, please sign up for a volunteer shift.

• Sunday, Dec. 12^th at SAC - RSVP deadline Fri, Dec 10^th. We still need several more volunteers, please sign up!
• Thursday, Dec 16^th at Oak Ridge Civic Center – HIGH SCHOOL ONLY meet. RSVP deadline Tues, Dec 14^th. We are required to provide parent volunteers at this meet, please sign up!

• Saturday, Dec. 18^th – Ray Bussard Meet at Allan Jones. RSVP deadline Fri, Dec 10^th. Please make sure you sign up under the correct meet (middle OR high school). WE NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK! Parents, please sign up for your volunteer shift and also consider signing up to donate a hospitality item. This is a great opportunity for High School or College students to earn service hours. Please recruit some help for us!

UT MASK POLICY UPDATE: UT is no longer requiring masks to be worn in Allan Jones, an individual can choose to wear a mask on their own behalf. This applies to all athletes, spectators, timers, officials, etc.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Middle & High School swimmers practice at the same time. All practices are at Allan Jones Aquatic Center on UT campus (2200 Andy Holt Avenue 37916)

• Monday: 7:45-9:15 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 8:15-9:15)
• Tuesday: 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)
• Wednesday: 7:45-9:15 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 8:15-9:15)
• Thursday: 7:15-8:45 (dryland exercises first, swimming from 7:45-8:45)
