RAY BUSSARD INVITE
HVA is the co-host of the meet with Berean Christian School. This meet gives our kids a great opportunity to race in a big meet at a fast pool! Being a co-host of such a large meet (@850 swimmers) brings a lot of responsibility for our team. Please help us run the meet well!

Date – Saturday, December 18th
Middle School Session – Dec 18th 11:00 am-2:30 pm (approximate)
High School Session – Dec 18th 2:30 pm-6:30 pm (approximate)
SIGN UP DEADLINE– Friday, Dec 10th
MEET SIGN UPS – There is a Ray Bussard Middle School sign up and separate Ray Bussard High School sign up on our website. Please make sure you choose the correct session to sign up for (middle or high school). You can swim up to 3 individual events at this meet. When signing up to swim you may suggest events you would like to swim for this meet in the coaches comment box. Please see the attachment for events offered in each session.
EVERY FAMILY IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT LEAST ONE SHIFT IN EVERY SESSION THEY HAVE A SWIMMER ENTERED IN. If you have both a high school and middle school swimmer entered please sign up for a job in each session. If you have just one or the other please sign up for at least one job during that session and you are certainly welcome to help us in both sessions. This is a great opportunity for high school students to earn service hours! We will sign off on service hour forms!! We have a lot of jobs to fill for this meet and need everyone to pitch in as much as possible please. We would also love to see lots of our HVA high school swimmers helping and cheering during the Middle School session.
We are also required to provide hospitality items for the officials at the meet. The job sign up also includes clearly marked hospitality items. After choosing your job, please also consider choosing a hospitality item to donate. Hospitality items can be dropped off with the Salsburys on Friday, Dec. 17th or brought to the meet by 11 am on Saturday, Dec. 18th.
