WEEKLY UPDATES AND REMINDERS:

~What a fantastic meet last Thursday against Oak Ridge! It was a tight, back and forth meet but in the end the HAWKS won!! Great job to all our swimmers and divers for pulling it out. And also big thanks to all our parent volunteers!

~Our NEXT MEET will be against Bearden & Berean Homeschool on Saturday, April 11th. This is our SENIOR MEET so be ready to celebrate our Hawks who will be swimming in their last HVA regular season meet. Please plan to wear the HVA aquatics t-shirt that you received with your registration so we can get a team picture before the meet. More details will be sent out mid-week.

~We WILL have practice this coming Monday, April 5^th!

~City Meet details and information will be coming soon. The sign up deadline to attend the meet has passed.

~PRACTICE SCHEDULE (Coach Ben will send out an email if there is a practice cancellation or change)

• Monday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm (Outdoor pool-just outside of SAC)
• Tuesday: 8:00pm – 9:00pm (Indoor pool SAC)
• Wednesday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm (Outdoor pool-just outside of SAC)
• Thursday: 8:00pm – 9:00pm (Indoor pool SAC)

• March 21^st-dual meet against West High School (SAC)
• March 28^th-dual meet against Farragut High School-CANCELLED
• April 1^st – dual meet against Oak Ridge High School (in Oak Ridge)
• April 11^th-dual meet against Bearden High School & Berean (at SAC)
• April 17^th-City Meet (Kingsport Aquatic Center)
• April 24^th & 25^th-State Meet (Kingsport Aquatic Center) *state qualifiers only-time standards can be found on our HVA Aquatics website

~DIVERS will train Thursday and Friday evenings from 6-7:30pm. Divers will compete at the Student Aquatic Center during the regular practice week. Dive scores will be distributed to swim teams by the end of each week to help contribute to their teams total score.
