Where: Oak Ridge Civic Center (1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike Oak Ridge, TN 37830)

Time: Arrive at 5:30/HVA Warm Ups 5:55-6:20/Meet starts at 6:30

Team Dinner:  After the meet anyone interested can grab dinner at McAlister's Deli in Oak Ridge (371 S. Illinois Ave).  This is not a team sponsored event, so please make arrangements to purchase your meal(s).

Oak Ridge Meet Reminders:

~Everyone must wear a mask at all times. All swimmers are required to bring 2 masks.

~A copy of the Oak Ridge Civic Center Covid-19 Practice Protocol and Waiver (attached) must be signed and dated by each swimmer, coach, and parent. 

~There will be no changing or showering before/during/after the meet. Swimmers are to arrive and leave in swim suits. Teams will be housed in the gym and will enter/exit to the pool deck via the locker rooms.

~Non-working parents may stay in the gym and watch the meet on their phones via our YouTube channel.

~ Bring camping-type chairs to sit in between events but must sit 6 or more feet apart 

KISL CITY MEET INFORMATION

When: Saturday, April 17th

Where: Kingsport Aquatic Center(1820 Meadowview Parkway Kingsport 37660)

Time: TBA (will depend on number of swimmers entered in the meet)

~We will not receive our meet start time until after entries are submitted.  PLEASE SIGN INTO your Swimtopia account and let us know if you will or will not be attending (even if you told us by email previously that you would or would not).

~No spectators are allowed at the meet, however the meet will be livestreamed.

~We will have some volunteer assignments, but we do not know what those are or how many jobs we will need to fill yet.

~You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the meet.
