• PRACTICE CHANGES THIS WEEK– Our schedule this week HAS CHANGED from what we previously thought. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK:

*Tuesday-dry land only practice 7:30-8:30 (bring your suit in case we get some pool time)

*Wednesday-regular schedule 7:00-8:30 Allan Jones

*Thursday-no practice

• PLANNING AHEAD for Thanksgiving- There will be NO PRACTICE on Wednesday, Nov. 27^th or Thursday, Nov. 28^th.
• Our NEXT MEET is Dec. 1^st against Maryville Middle/High. Meet and job sign ups are now open. See instructions below for signing up.
• You still have an opportunity to purchase team pictures from Bob McEachern Photographers if you were not able to turn in a form at the meet to the team photographer. Please utilize the following link to make your purchase. Picture orders will be mailed to HVA and then distributed at practice/swim meets. General time frame is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase.

• October 27 – Berean Middle/High at Boy’s & Girl’s Club
• November 10 – West High/Bearden Middle at Allan Jones
• December 1 – Maryville Middle/High at Boy’s & Girl’s Club
• December 14 – Ray Bussard Meet at Allan Jones
• January 5 – Farragut High/Farragut Middle at SAC
• January 9 – Oak Ridge at Oak Ridge Civic Center (*High School Only meet)
• January 25 – High School/Middle School Diving Championship Meet at Allan Jones
• January 25 – High School/Middle School Swimming Championship Meet at Allan Jones
• February 7-8 – TISCA State Championship Meet in Knoxville (High School qualifiers)

RSVP Attending OR Not Attending for each Swim Meet:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”).
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the meet, and then click the blue Edit tab under your athletes' names.

• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

To sign up for your Volunteer Shift:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”)
• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.
