• TEAM PICTURES –Please plan to arrive and be ready for pictures by 12:15. You will need to wear an HVA Aquatics or HV t-shirt (or something in HV colors please).
• COLLEGE SIGNING DAY – Wednesday, Nov. 13^th, 8:00 am in the HVA Auditorium. Come show your support to your Hawk teammates!

• UPCOMING NOVEMBER PRACTICE CHANGES– Due to the UT Invite at Allan Jones, practice on Wednesday, Nov. 20^th will be at the Student Aquatic Center (SAC) from 7:00-8:30 and there will be NO PRACTICE on Thursday, Nov. 21^st. There will also be NO PRACTICE on Wednesday, Nov. 27^th or Thursday, Nov. 28^th.

• January 25 – High School/Middle School Diving Championship Meet at Allan Jones
• January 25 – High School/Middle School Swimming Championship Meet at Allan Jones
• February 7-8 – TISCA State Championship Meet in Knoxville (High School qualifiers)

RSVP Attending OR Not Attending for each Swim Meet:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”).
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the meet, and then click the blue Edit tab under your athletes' names.

• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

To sign up for your Volunteer Shift:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”)
• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).

Click Save Assignments.
