• NEXT MEET/TEAM PICTURES– Nov. 10^th against West High and Bearden Middle at Allan Jones Aquatic Center. Team pictures at 12:15, warm ups will be at 1:00 with the meet starting at 2:00. MEET AND VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS ARE OPEN! Please RSVP whether you will be attending or not by Thursday, Nov. 7^th.(see below for instructions on how to RSVP)
• TEAM PICTURES –Please plan to arrive and be ready for pictures by 12:15. You will need to wear an HVA Aquatics or HV t-shirt (or something in HV colors please).
• APPAREL UPDATE – Apparel orders arrived and were distributed at practice last week and at the meet today.We still have a few orders left to distribute.
• UPCOMING PRACTICE CHANGES – There will be NO PRACTICE on Thursday, Oct. 31^st and there will also be NO PRACTICE on Wednesday, Nov. 27^th.

• January 25 – High School/Middle School Swimming Championship Meet at Allan Jones
• February 7-8 – TISCA State Championship Meet in Knoxville (High School qualifiers)

RSVP Attending OR Not Attending for each Swim Meet:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”).
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the meet, and then click the blue Edit tab under your athletes' names.

• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

• Click Save to record your choices.

To sign up for your Volunteer Shift:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”)
• Click the green JOB SIGNUPtab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.
