Meet RSVP and Volunteer Sign Up links are now open for our Oct. 27th meet against Berean.  Athletes need to RSVP by Thursday, Oct 24th whether they will be attending the meet or not (you need to RSVP either way so the coaches know for sure what your plans are).

Parents, please also get signed up to work a shift.  We can't run a successful meet without your help. 

RSVP Attending OR Not Attending for a Swim Meet:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”).
• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the meet, and then click the blue Edit tab under your athletes' names.

• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

To sign up for a Volunteer Shift:

• Go the HVA swim website https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ and log into your account
• On the home page you will see “Upcoming Events” on the right hand side (or you can follow the “Calendars” link and choose “Sign up Calendar”)
• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.
