• Please COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION ONLINE at https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/You will still need to turn in your physical forms (signed by a doctor), but all other forms will be completed online. SUBMIT YOUR TEAM PAYMENT by check (payable to HVA Aquatics) to a parent representative or coach or through the sale of a banner. All important season info can also be found on the team website.

• FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS-We need 12-14 volunteers to work the concession stand for the HVA home football game THIS Friday, Sept 13^th.This is a team fundraising event (both Middle and High School) as the team will receive a portion of the sales from that night. Please sign up on the website or reply to this email and let us know if you can help. No students/athletes are permitted to work football concessions per the HVA Athletic Director so parents please help us out!

• FIRST PRACTICE- September 16^th 7:00-8:30 pm at Allan Jones Aquatic Center. Your physical form will need to be turned in before you can practice with the team. You can email a copy of your physical to [email protected] or turn it in to a parent rep or coach. We will have a parent representative at the first few practices to collect physicals and team payments.

🚘 CAR POOL – Are you interested in participating in a car pool for swim practices? If so, reply to this email with the following information:

1.Contact information (Name, email address, phone number)

2.When are you available to drive?

3.The vicinity where you live and/or an ideal meeting spot

This information will be complied into a list and distributed on Sept, 12^th to the people who signed up.

• PARKING - UT has removed all meter parking from campus. UT is offering a paid parking pass to high school/middle school swimmers and parents. You can purchase a parking pass from UT parking services (2121 Stephenson Drive, Knoxville, TN 37996) for $20/month. The pass will be a restricted visitor pass valid only during our practice times and valid only for C22 and SCN lots (which are close to the pool). If you are wanting to purchase a pass please let us know ASAP. We are required to turn in a list of names for our team of those that will purchasing a pass. They will not sell you the pass if your name is not on the list for HVA Aquatics.

• HVAAC banner forms are also available on the website. This is a great way to fundraise and cover the swim fees for the year. PLEASE make sure your banner form is completely filled out before it is sent in and please email us a copy of your form for our records in case of any mix ups with the banners. THE SALE OF ONE BANNER COVERS YOUR SWIMMER’S FEES FOR THE YEAR!
