- PARENT MEETING – We had a great turn out last week with lots of familiar and new faces!The slide show with the information for the season and the team handbook can be found on the website (under the "about" tab).
- Please COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION ONLINE! You will still need to turn in your physical forms (signed by a doctor), but all other forms will be completed online.SUBMIT YOUR TEAM PAYMENT by check (payable to HVA Aquatics) to a parent representative or coach or through the sale of a banner.
- FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS-We need 12-14 volunteers to work the concession stand for the HVA home football game on Sept 13th.This is a team fundraising event (both Middle and High School) as the team will receive a portion of the sales from that night. Please sign up on the website (link on the homepage or under the "calendars" tab).
- FIRST PRACTICE-Tentatively
set for September 16th 7:00-8:30 pm at Allan Jones Aquatic
Center.Your physical form will
need to be turned in before you can practice with the team.You can email a copy of your physical to [email protected] or turn it in
to a parent rep or coach.
- Fees will remain the same as last year-$400.00 per high school swimmer. There is a $75.00 reduction in fees for multi-swimmer families. Middle School fees are $350.00 per swimmer. Year-round USA registered swimmer’s fees will be $150.00. Diver fees will be $25.00 to Hardin Valley Aquatics in addition to the fees UT diving charges.
- HVAAC banner forms are also available on the website.This is a great way to fundraise and cover the swim fees for the year. PLEASE make sure your banner form is completely filled out before it is sent in and please email us a copy of your form for our records in case of any mix ups with the banners.THE SALE OF ONE BANNER COVERS YOUR SWIMMER’S FEES FOR THE YEAR!
