- PARENT MEETING– Our parent/athlete meeting is scheduled for THIS Thursday, August 29th at 5:30 pm in the HVA auditorium.We will be going over all the important information for the upcoming season so please plan to join us! We will also be collecting sports physical forms and payments for anyone ready to submit those items.
- Please complete your registration online at https://hardinvalleyaquatics.swimtopia.com/ ! You will still need to turn in your physical forms (signed by a doctor), but all other forms will be completed online.SUBMIT YOUR TEAM PAYMENT by check (payable to HVA Aquatics) to a parent representative or coach or through the sale of a banner.Online payment through the school is still pending. We will keep you updated if that option becomes available.
- FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS-We need 12-14volunteers
to work the concession stand for the HVA home football game on Sept 13th.This is a team fundraising event (both Middle
and High School) as the team will receive a portion of the sales from that
night.Please reply to this email and

practice start date-September 16th 7:00-8:30 pm at Allan Jones
Aquatic Center.Your physical form will
need to be turned in before you can practice with the team.You can email a copy of your physical to [email protected] or turn it in
to a parent rep or coach.
- Fees will remain the same as last year-$400.00 per high school swimmer. There is a $75.00 reduction in fees for multi-swimmer families. Middle School fees are $350.00 per swimmer. Year-round USA registered swimmer’s fees will be $150.00. Diver fees will be $25.00 to Hardin Valley Aquatics in addition to the fees UT diving charges.
